What types of tiles do you offer?
We offer a wide range of marble, ceramic, porcelain, travertine, mosaic, and natural stone tiles suitable for walls, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.
Do you offer samples before I place a large order?
Yes! We recommend ordering samples so you can see the color, texture, and quality in person before committing to a full order.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 7–10 days, depending on your location in Australia. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.
Can I return tiles if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for shortages, damages, or incorrect items within the allowed return period and with an approved RGA form.
What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?
Please take clear photos of the damaged tiles in their original packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@graystonetiles.com.au. We will assist you with the return and replacement process.
Do you provide installation services?
No, we do not offer installation. We recommend hiring a professional and experienced tiler to ensure the best result.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver to most areas across Australia. Note that deliveries are curbside only, and extra charges may apply for special access locations.
